THE SAUCI SISTERS WINERY
We share with you our passion for wine. You will learn from the owners about our origins, history, facilities and the entire ageing process of Sauci wines.
We will make you experience the passionate world of organic ageing under flor and the traditional and unique Orange Wine.
Strategically located in the heart of the Doñana region and in the heart of the Condado de Huelva D.O., being the town with the largest number of wineries in the area. A privileged place between the Costa de la Luz and the Sierra de Huelva, to complete the visit with the village of El Rocío, the National Park of Doñana, the Colombian sites and the kilometric and paradisiacal beaches.
The visit will last an hour and a half and includes a tasting of "cata identificativa" (discover which wine you are through your personality).

THE HAM DRYING ROOM
You will visit our pastures where the Iberian pigs are reared in freedom, together with our natural drying sheds.
For about 50 minutes we walk through the pastures of the Natural Park and Biosphere Reserve, Sierra de Aracena in Huelva. We talk about the genetic characteristics and behaviour of purebred Iberian pigs in their environment.
We will explain the "montanera", the "arrobas", how the Denomination of Origin JABUGO makes the traceability in the field ... We will answer any questions you may have about working with Iberian pigs in the fields.
In our drying room you will learn about the salting process of the hams and the manual seasoning of the sausages, the natural curing process that we practice and the differences with other more industrial methods.
We will enjoy two types of ham:

50% Iberian cebo ham
Acorn-fed 100% Iberian D. O. Jabugo Ham
Cut by knife at the moment, accompanied with D. O. Condado wines.
To finish, 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork loin or Iberian acorn-fed pork loin paired with sweet orange wine.
