1st day (25th May): MÁLAGA
Reception of the group at the port at 10.00 h. and handing over of the documentation and travel pack. Departure time is scheduled at 14.00 h. Meeting on board and presentation of the group and the activities. Dinner at the assigned restaurant.

2nd Day (26th May): SAILING
Day to enjoy the boat and its facilities at leisure. In the afternoon, after a good meal, coffee and nap, we will meet for a wine tasting with Italian wines in the ship's lounge. Afterwards there will be time to continue the conversation or enjoy the show. Dinner at the assigned restaurant.

Day 3 (May 27th): SAVONA (GENOVA)
Arrival at 10.00 h. Departure for an excursion to the neighbouring town of Genova where we will visit the birthplace of Christopher Columbus, its streets and the charm of its centre. 

Optional excursion: Genoa, focaccia and pesto (125€)
Discover the treasures and enticing flavours of Genoa during this sightseeing tour of the city, and a memorable pesto-making demonstration and tasting at the renowned Zeffirino restaurant. Meet your guide and board your motor coach for a short panoramic tour. Drop off and begin with a stroll through Caruggi, the medieval centre, the largest of its kind in Europe. The cobblestone streets and alleys reveal hidden treasures around every turn. Historical sites abound and your tour includes photo stops at the most notable attractions. De Ferrari Square bustles with activity. It is the heart of the city, surrounded by public buildings, the 19th-century Stock Exchange, and the Neo-classical opera house, one of the largest in Italy. In front of this majestic columned building, you will find a stately equestrian statue of Garibaldi. Continue on to the ancient harbour front, redesigned and modernized by renowned Genoese architect Renzo Piano. The newly renovated waterfront has been transformed into an exuberant centre of shops, eateries and attractions. Proceed to Caricamento Square for views of the 13th-century St. George Palace, and then follow along Piazza Dante to the little house known as Casa di Colombo. This is where Columbus spent his childhood and the site was restored as part of the White House Millennium Project "Save America's Treasures." Step inside the 16th-century Palazzo Ducale, once the residences of the Doges, and later used to house the courts. Located nearby is the local Chiesa del Gesù, a former Jesuit church constructed in the 16th century. As you approach the Cathedral of St Laurence, you will be struck by its dramatic Gothic façade. 
Next, proceed to the Zeffirino restaurant. Family-owned since 1939 with its nondescript decor, candelabras, quaint genre paintings and waiters in dark suits who expertly-arrange each serving at the table, Zeffirino's lives up to its advance hype for providing definitive Mediterranean seafood and its world-famous pesto. During your visit, Zeffirino's chef shows you the secrets to making authentic pesto sauce. The pesto demonstration is followed by a light lunch consisting of pesto, fresh fish and a delicate dessert.
Re-board the bus for the drive back to the port.
Please note: This tour requires a moderate amount of walking, and is not recommended for guests who are on a wheelchair. There is a flight of steps to access the restaurant, but a lift is available.

Departure at 4.30 p.m. How about spending the afternoon sipping an Aperol Spitz by the pool? Dinner at the assigned restaurant.

Day 4 (28th May): MARSEILLE
Arrival at 08.00 h.

Marseille: Optional excursion to Aix-en-Provence with cheese and wine tasting (€100)
Fall in love with the idyllic scenery of the French countryside on the drive to Aix-en-Provence. You will discover the local charms and flavours with a delicious tasting of a selection of wines accompanied by cheeses made with local ingredients using traditional methods. During your free time, you can follow in Cézanne's footsteps by visiting his studio, where he painted some of his greatest and most ambitious works, or stroll along the Cours Mirabeau, a lively boulevard shaded by 200-year-old plane trees lined with cafés, bookshops and splendid mansions.

Return to the ship and departure at 18.00 h. Time to relax and go down for dinner the last night on board.

Day 5 (29th May): BARCELONA
Arrival at 08.00 h. Coordination of the return home according to city of origin and means of transport. End of the trip.

On board you can enjoy more gastronomic experiences like: teppanyaki, sushi bar, grill, etc.

Previous night in Malaga: whoever wishes, can arrive in Malaga 1 day before embarkation and enjoy an exquisite menu paired with local wines in a restaurant in the city centre.
Later night in Barcelona: Those who wish to extend their experience can enjoy a visit to a winery in the Penedés region and, if necessary, stay one night in order to visit the Empordà area as an option.
