Day 1: SPAIN-OPORTO
Arrival from the different cities of origin. Boarding at 17.00h. Accommodation in the cabins. Presentation of the crew and welcome cocktail. Dinner on board. In the evening, optional excursion by bus to see "Porto illuminated.
Day 2: OPORTO
Optional "active" excursion (mandatory booking at the travel agency, cannot be booked onboard): visit the city by a streetcar that will take you to the mouth of the Douro River and to the Porto streetcar museum for a trip back in time.
Free afternoon in the city or transfer by rabello to the city center. Fado night.
Day 3: OPORTO - REGUA
Free morning or optional "active" excursion (mandatory booking at the travel agency, cannot be booked onboard): a trip from the mouth of the river to Vila Nova de Gaia, with winery visit and wine tasting*.
Afternoon sailing. An evening of dancing or free time in Regua.
Day 4: REGUA - TERON VEGA
Optional excursion in Vila Real and walk through the gardens of the Casa de Mateus. Afternoon sailing. Flamenco evening.
Day 5: BARCA D' ALVA
Optional excursion guided visit of Salamanca, its cathedral, and its famous University dating from 1218, one of the oldest in the world.  Evening entertainment.
Day 6 : BARCA D'ALVA - FERRADOSA - PINHAO
Departure early in the morning by cruise. Optional excursion of "Port wines" during which you will follow the route of the vineyards and stop for a tasting of Port wines* in a wine cellar. Dinner and gala evening on board.
Day 7: PINHAO - OPORTO
Optional guided tour of Lamego. Afternoon sailing. Folklore evening.
Day 8: OPORTO - CITY OF ORIGIN
Breakfast on board. Disembarkation at 9.00 am. End of our services.
National identity card or valid passport required. Residents outside the EU should check with their embassy or consulate.
Departures based on Wednesdays and the boat showed (which may vary according to the company's operations), please consult other days that could be operated on other boats.
In case of floods or decreases of the river or any other event of force majeure, the commander may be forced to modify the program for safety reasons without this can be taken as a reason for complaint. The navigation schedules are indicative and may be subject to variations without this being considered as a reason for complaint. The number of piers is limited in the Douro, our boats can be found moored along the coast. The arrival times and the order of the excursions can be changed.
*Excessive alcohol consumption is hazardous to health drink in moderation.
