"Muscat of Alexandria" grapes harvested very early, in the last days of July, to achieve a potential alcohol of no more than 10% vol. and a very marked acidity, the first vintage in the whole of Europe. Second fermentation in bottle using the champenoise method.
Ageing and maturation:
Ageing in bottle for a period of 36 months.
The long ageing guarantees its roundness without losing freshness and good acidity. Bright straw yellow colour, typical of wines from long ageing on lees; notes of green apple, tasty, delicate, good persistence and volume in the mouth.
Serve at a temperature between 6 and 8º C.
