Manual harvest in 16kg crates.
Total destemming, crushing and pneumatic pressing.
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is left for a minimum of 5 months in tank with its fine lees.
Straw yellow colour.
With a very elegant nose, intense hints of fresh fruit, intermingled with subtle citrus and saline aromas.
Delicate wine, with a pleasant palate and a clean finish.
SERVING AND PAIRING
Best served at a temperature of 8-10ºC.
Ideal with appetizers, excellent with all types of fish, shellfish and molluscs.
BALADIÑA SOBRE LIAS:
Cold maceration, ageing in tanks for a minimum of 12 months and late bottling D.O.: Rías Baixas.
The nose is delicate, with a great intensity of aromas of fresh fruit and balsamic aromas. The palate is tasty, oily, round and with a broad finish.
This is a gelatine that faithfully reflects the wine it comes from. It is a totally artisanal product, with no artificial additives or preservatives, as the wine itself contains the different types of acids (tartaric, citric, malic...) that allow it to be preserved. The addition of sugar is much lower than in other jellies or jams as our intention is not to mask the flavour of Albariño wine, so its calorie content is lower and, on the other hand, it loses all its alcohol during the production process.
Its colour is golden yellow. Its aroma is that of Albariño wine with clear hints of ripe grapes. Its texture is gelatinous, with consistency, compact, homogeneous and easy to space. In the mouth it is subtle, delicate and elegantly sweet. It tastes of Albariño grapes and leaves a velvety and fresh sensation on the palate, not at all cloying, which encourages you to repeat.
